ABOUT US

 

 

To improve communication between various units and Bhonsala Bhavan, an online Inward/Outward system has been implemented. This system streamlines the process of managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring that all documents are efficiently logged, categorized, and assigned to the relevant departments. It provides real-time updates, enhances transparency, and eliminates delays associated with traditional paper-based systems, making communication faster and more organized. By centralizing and automating the process, the system ensures smoother coordination and quicker response times between Bhonsala Bhavan and its units. As one year successfully completion for implementation of the online inward outward system the system is working in smoothly and working reduced the hardcopy letters and work is also completed on time without any problems.

 

 

BIIT facilitated the installation and training of Tata Smart Class at of thea Military School and Bhonsala Military School (Girls). The Tata Smart Class system is utilized by teachers to deliver digital content in an interactive manner.

 

It serves as an effective teaching tool that supports not only classroom instruction but also the conduct of examinations and practical demonstrations. Additionally, the system enables tracking of teacher-wise teaching records, ensuring better monitoring and academic management.


2) English Language Lab installation and training.

 

BIIT successfully facilitated the installation and conducted comprehensive training for English Language Labs at the following institutions:

• Vidya Prabodhani Prashala (Standards 1 to 4 – English Medium)

• Bhonsala Military School (Girls)

• Vidya Prabodhani Prashala (English Medium)

• Bhonsala Military College

These language labs are designed to significantly enhance the teaching–learning experience of the English language by incorporating interactive and technology-driven methods. The labs support improvement in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (LSRW) skills among students.

 

Additionally, a system has been implemented to monitor and track student utilization, enabling detailed reports on usage patterns, progress, and engagement levels. This ensures effective use of the labs and helps in data-driven academic improvement.

 

A workshop for website co-ordinators was held in the campus. The representatives of website vendor Media Vidya provided hands-on training to the participants. The objective of the workshop was to update the skills of the website co-ordinators of various units. The website co-ordinators of all the units participated in the workshop.

 

During this year, the Vidya Prabodhini Prashala CBSE Section and Vidya Prashala English Medium have developed new websites through RICH System.

 

A key feature of the Vidya Prabodhini Prashala CBSE section website is the inclusion of an online enquiry form and admission form. Through these forms, data can be collected via email, making it easier to manage enquiries and enabling effective and timely communication with parents.


4) CCTV Surveillance

 

During the year 2025–26, a total of 250 CCTV cameras were installed across the campus. These cameras enable effective monitoring and surveillance of the Dr. B. S. Moonje House area, entry gates, classrooms, and road areas where they have been installed.

 

Additionally, a security tower has been installed at the Bhonsala Institute of Nursing. This tower is equipped with a Network Video Recorder (NVR) and a monitor for control and surveillance purposes. Furthermore, a total of 23 CCTV cameras have been installed in the Nursing Road area, which are connected to this tower, making monitoring and review more efficient and accessible whenever required.

5) Interactive Flat Panel / Smart Board Training

 

A total of 38 Smart Boards were installed across various units on the campus to enhance teaching and learning. By integrating digital tools with traditional teaching methods, these Smart Boards aim to improve educational outcomes, encourage active participation, and support sustainability by reducing paper usage. This installation marks a significant step toward modernizing the campus’s learning environment.

 

The Smart Boards are equipped with e-learning content for both State Board and CBSE curricula, which can be effectively used for teaching and supporting students in their learning process.



6) Summer Military Training Course / Personality Development Course

 

BIIT has facilitated online admission process for the Personality Development Courses and Summer Military Training Programs this year. Parents can start by visiting our website to access detailed information about the courses and programs. After registering with basic personal details, they can select the desired course or program. The necessary documents can be easily uploaded through the online portal, and fees can be securely paid using various online payment options. Once the admission is successfully completed, a confirmation email or message will be sent with further instructions.

 

Through Rich System Pvt Ltd, social media marketing has been carried out for the Personality Development Course and the Summer Military Training Course. This primarily includes creating reels, designing posters, and using Meta Ads to reach a wider audience and effectively promote the courses.

 

 

A training session was conducted for the IT technicians of all units on CCTV installation, handling, and the use of various tools. The session was held from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at BIIT and was facilitated by Hikvision and the supplier Mahavir Agency. The training aimed to enhance the technicians' skills for effective daily handling and inspection of CCTV systems. Following the session, all IT technicians were instructed on how to apply the learnings for improved CCTV management and maintenance.

 

8) Centralized Alumni Portal (Alumni.bhonsala.in)

A centralized alumni portal has been developed for all units within the organization. After alumni complete their registration on the portal, their details will be visible on the respective department’s dashboard. Once the concerned department approves the registration, the information will be updated on the organization’s main portal.

 

Through this process, alumni data will be maintained individually by each department while also being available in a centralized system.

 

This consolidated data can be effectively used by the organization to communicate information, activities, and updates to alumni. Additionally, it will enable the organization to easily invite alumni to various events and functions.

9) HRMS SYSTEM FOR VPP CBSE SECTION

Vidya Prabodhini Prashala CBSE Section has implemented the HRMS system of PAMSOFT. The staff data entry and system configuration have been completed successfully.

 

Within the next fifteen days, salary processing for one month will be carried out through this system. After the completion of this process, a detailed review will be conducted by the Finance Department to evaluate its effectiveness and performance.
